MCD was established, and inherited IMA experienced team. MCD is a Vietnamese non-profit organisation and was officially established by Decision 126/QD – HBVN of VIMASTA, the license registration number A-088 by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Nam Dinh province

Declared Vietnam's first Ramsar site, a wetland of international importance, in January 1989 the Xuan Thuy Nature Reserve was established in 1995. It was upgraded to a national park in 2003.
